Download your records, change your preferences, or ask us to close your account and delete personal information.

Request access or deletion Request by email

You do not need to accept new Terms or subscribe to marketing to make a privacy request. If you cannot sign in, email us from your account address when possible.

Download or correct your information

Sign in, open your avatar, choose Account, then Export my data. Your export includes your account, your images, league memberships, ticket history, notifications and support requests. Account and League profile let you correct your name, timezone and images. Other members’ private information is not included.

Request deletion or account closure

Use the private request form above or email [email protected]. Tell us your username, whether you want account closure, deletion or a copy of information, and enough detail to identify the request. Do not send your password, recovery code, government ID or payment details.

Baarstad Consulting Services reviews requests manually. We may ask for proportionate proof of account ownership through an existing verified channel. We will explain the action taken, any information retained and why. A request is not an instant-delete button. We aim to acknowledge requests within seven days and respond within applicable legal deadlines; if more time is permitted and needed, we will explain.

What may need to remain

We remove or de-identify information when appropriate. Shared season history may need to preserve ticket outcomes and standings; security, dispute, legal and email-suppression records may also need to remain. We will explain relevant exceptions for your request. Protected backups may contain earlier copies until rotation; they are not used for ordinary account access. Restored data must respect completed deletion and suppression requests.

Email choices and Google sign-in

Marketing is optional. Use the unsubscribe link in an email without signing in, or ask us to remove you. Account settings control optional league emails. Necessary security and requested service messages are separate. Disconnecting LineHuddle in your Google account does not itself delete your LineHuddle account; request closure here too if that is what you want.
