OUTSIDE THE GAME.

Accounts and participation are for United States residents aged 18 or older. Give accurate account and eligibility information. Do not create an account for someone else, share passwords or use another person’s identity. Tell us if you believe a child has submitted personal information so we can investigate and remove it as appropriate.

All bankrolls, stakes, profits and ticket returns are virtual scorekeeping units with no monetary value. They cannot be purchased, transferred for value or redeemed. LineHuddle does not accept wagers, hold deposits, manage prize pools or pay winnings. Do not use the service to organize unlawful wagering. Any arrangement outside the app is not offered, administered, guaranteed or endorsed by LineHuddle.

Optional support payments support development and operating costs. They do not buy entries, advantages, virtual currency or a chance to win a prize. They are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations. Contact us about an accidental or disputed support payment.

Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Google sign-in uses your Google identity; we do not receive your Google password. Account creation does not grant a place in the private pilot, permission to create a league or a marketing subscription. Commissioners control permitted league settings and membership within the rules. Do not impersonate others, harass members, upload unlawful material, exploit errors, bypass access or rate limits, or interfere with the service.

V1 accepts pregame picks only. The server’s acceptance response determines whether a ticket exists. Displayed prices come from scheduled snapshots and may differ from a sportsbook’s current prices. Accepted tickets retain their accepted odds. Outcomes may be pending, corrected, pushed or voided under the published game rules. Bankrolls reset weekly unless a future supported mode explicitly says otherwise.

Read How to play, the refresh policy and your league settings. We may pause acceptance or correct records to address inaccurate data, outages, abuse or bugs. Corrections preserve accepted-bet playoff locks under the published rules. Report a dispute through Help with the ticket reference; do not send credentials.

Necessary account, security and requested support messages are part of providing the service. Optional league reminders and recaps have separate controls. Marketing requires an independent opt-in and address confirmation, and can be unsubscribed from without closing an account. Our Privacy Notice explains data collection, recipients and your choices.

You retain ownership of names, messages and other content you submit. You give us permission to store, display and process that content only as needed to operate, protect and improve the service. Only submit content you are entitled to use. We can remove content or restrict accounts for violations, security concerns or unlawful conduct.

LineHuddle branding, application code and original artwork belong to their respective owners. Third-party sports names, data and marks remain their owners’ property. LineHuddle is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, its teams, Google or DraftKings. Do not redistribute third-party odds data from the service.

This is a developing service. We work to keep it accurate and available, but outages, errors, corrections and feature changes can occur. It is provided as available, without promises of uninterrupted access, perfect data or suitability for real-money betting. Nothing here is betting or financial advice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights, warranties or liability that the law does not allow us to exclude, including liability for fraud or willful misconduct. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a jury trial or class action.

We may update these terms. The effective date identifies the version; material changes requiring agreement will be presented in the app. You may stop using the service and request account closure through Help or the email below. We may suspend access to address abuse, legal requirements or security risks, or discontinue the pilot. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain available. Contact us first if something needs resolving.
